I believe therapy is an opportunity to learn more about yourself, and your interactions w/ others. Therapy can help when facing conflicts, emotional challenges, or adjusting to changes in your life. I have over 25 years of clinical experience, with the mental health and substance use disorder populations, working with men, women and couples. I use an eclectic, collaborative approach, individual to a persons needs. I provide a nonjudgmental, welcoming approach and make an effort to establish a strong trusting relationship. Appointments are available by both phone and video.
