I work with ages 16 and up. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, sexual trauma, gender dysphoria, and substance use. I have additional training in complex trauma, sexual trauma, and EMDR. My general goal for clients is creating a safe space where clients can develop coping skills, heal relational trauma, and heal. I work in the LGBTQIA+ community quite a bit, and have experience with issues specific to that community. I developed a passion for working with domestic violence survivors, and gender diverse individuals over my time practicing
