Welcome! I work with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families. I’m passionate about supporting people navigating anxiety, self-worth challenges, trauma, depression, ADHD, OCD, identity exploration, and relationship difficulties. My approach is warm and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to take an active role in the therapeutic process. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care. I also incorporate EFT and Gottman methods in my work with couples
