It is my experience that each of us carries stories with us. Some we share outwardly while others are made less visible – especially those associated with pain, discomfort or loss. As a Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I have collaborated with incredible clients over the past 13 years of my career. Many of my clients are interested in finding care to help with various issues such as adjusting to life changes, managing anxiety, coping with depression, working through feelings of grief and loss, processing trauma, exploring aspects of identity, navigating career changes among other things.
