I am passionate about helping people find their strength through their stories and understanding their capacity and capabilities. I believe that everyone is resilient and capable of living a life of empowerment and authenticity. Sometimes we must work through our trauma, emotions, and dysfunction to truly reach our inner most potential. I feel privileged to walk with people through this journey. I use a trauma informed approach with the use of different modalities. I am certified in EMDR. Other trauma informed approaches I use are IFS and PIT (inner child work). I also utilize therapeutic techniques such CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Based Approach, and DBT. Together, we will find what works for you.
