I want to be the safe place to identify and work through the patterns that are holding you back. Deciding to come to therapy takes courage and I want to understand your overwhelm, worry, sadness, and disconnection. We will build skills to identify and communicate your true self and work toward outcomes that align with your personal values and goals. I love working with families and couples to build softness and understanding where there was only fear and pain. My training centers on Trauma Informed Practice and I enjoy helping clients acknowledge and heal painful parts of their past. Whether as a couple, as a family, or by taking care of yourself individually, I believe therapy can create new growth, no matter how stuck the current moment feels.
