As your therapist, I will meet you where you are and provide a safe and supportive environment in which you can begin to work towards making meaningful changes in your life. I want you to walk away from each therapy session feeling like you got something out of our time together and that it was valuable to you. I find it rewarding helping couples navigate communication issues, increase positive interactions, manage conflict and improve and restore emotional connection and intimacy. I also work with individuals who are struggling with divorce adjustment or are recovering from a toxic relationship- assisting individuals with healing, rebuilding and self-growth.
