I have been working with families and individuals since 2011. I love helping people discover more peace and connection in their lives as well as create a healthy work-life balance. I enjoy working with teens and adults. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, and focus on eating disorders as well as body image issues. I have worked with many individuals with anorexia, bulimia as well as binge eating disorders. I also help navigate codependent and other challenging relationships.
