I enjoy making connections with people of all backgrounds and learning what makes them unique. I especially love working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who may be struggling with trauma, anxiety, or relationship issues. If you're thinking about seeing a therapist then you've already taken the first step! Working together to create goals that matter to you, and explore barriers and obstacles which might make growth difficult, is what I am here to help you with. With a lot of support and a little guidance, things can get better. I am proud to offer a safe, warm, inviting place for you to be able to explore the uncomfortable with zero risk of judgment. I provide an empathetic ear as well as concrete skills for personal growth and development. I use skills from different theories including CBT, ACT, and DBT. I am also trained in EMDR trauma processing.
