My name is Natalie Knight, and I am an LCSW who is passionate about utilizing the strength of the therapeutic alliance as a support to explore what is beckoning our attention at any given moment. I believe that once we learn how to manage our emotions, we can clear ourselves of old past traumas or new ones. Clients can expect the first session to be a relaxed experience. I work to build rapport so that clients feel safe, allowing them to ask the questions they need to determine if we are a good fit.
