I provide stress and anxiety therapy for women, including mothers, who feel overwhelmed, constantly worried, or caught in cycles of self-doubt. Many of the women I work with appear to be managing it all, yet internally feel stretched thin and quietly carry the weight of relationships, family life, career demands, or shifting roles and identity. Others are functioning well overall but want support around a specific issue or space to focus more intentionally on their personal growth.
