I have the upmost respect for the folks who have shown bravery in seeking out therapy. I aim to be authentic and open to the work and appreciate working with folks who are ready to grow and find some relief! I have worked with a broad range of folks who recognize that they have challenges but also recognize the power they have to live a full life in the way that they want to. We all face challenges and setbacks. I hope to work with folks who are prepared to take a look at themselves and recognize what isn't working.
