We all feel confused, stuck, or hopeless during the course of our lives. Personally and professionally my work confirms that we are designed to grow towards healing and authentic happiness. As the sources of suffering often originate from impairments or losses in our primary relationships,so the greatest potential in psychotherapy lies in the relationship between client and therapist.
