Hello and welcome. I have worked in various clinical settings including in-home counseling, community mentorship program, and group practices similar to WCT. I have experience working with adults and adolescents and children who suffer from anxiety, depression, everyday life stressors, ADHD, eating disorders, substance use, and trauma. I also have training in multisystemic therapy (MST) and prolonged exposure therapy (PE) for those suffering with deep rooted trauma. Through an integrative approach, I will help you identify your goals, barriers, and strengths in a comfortable environment.
