As your therapist, my aim is to be your therapeutic guide, offering unconditional support and encouragement. Clinically, I've worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults presenting with trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, life transitions, low self-esteem and confidence, relationship issues, and faith and spirituality. I integrate various modalities, as a holistic approach, tailored to my clients' needs.
