The decision to begin therapy is a courageous step–one that can be life-changing. I have over 10+ years of experience helping clients 18+ regulate difficult emotions, heal traumas, gain self-confidence, parent differently, learn new skills for navigating relationships, and come to understand and accept all parts of themselves. I love working with adults to navigate stress and transitions, manage anxiety (GAD, panic), and heal from trauma and abusive relationships. I work with both CA and OR residents.
