I work with couples, families, and individuals of all backgrounds to help improve their relationships with loved ones or simply to improve the self. I understand that balancing marriage, family, and work life while maintaining good mental health can present challenges and even seem impossible at times. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate, it is my job to provide clients a safe and judgement-free space to express themselves as well as help them find realistic resolutions using solution-focused and goal-oriented techniques.
