I am truly honored to be a counselor. It seems our lives are similar to jigsaw puzzles which at times can feel overwhelming. I believe I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support as individuals and couples make sense of the pieces of their live(s). Mindfulness is the foundation of my therapeutic approach whether tending to mental health, relationship, trauma and/or transitional issues.
