Natalie’s goal for clients is to lead full and integrated lives that feel meaningful, balanced, and self-led. She likes to focus not only behavior change and symptom reduction, but also compassionately exploring the underpinnings of extreme coping responses and behavior. Natalie enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults using various expressive modalities. She is trained in Internal Family Systems and enjoys combining elements of Sandtray, Expressive Arts, Play Therapy, somatic exercises as well as Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) to help equip parents with tools to help their child thrive.
