Feeling stuck can feel tormenting. I am passionate about guiding clients who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, complicated grief, and family of origin issues toward healing and freedom. I enjoy walking alongside individuals in order to recognize and release themselves from repeating destructive coping patterns in their current relationships. I offer telehealth and in-office appointments. My work is attachment-based, narrative in nature and includes the offering of EMDR. I have specific training in childhood abuse, narcissistic abuse and spiritual abuse. I see adults 18 and older. Additionally, I offer intensives and groups on an ongoing basis.
