I believe that you know yourself best and strive to provide a safe space for you to sort through and process challenging situations, negative thought patterns or symptoms of anxiety, depression and/or loss. I have spent over 15 years working with people and their families in coping with advanced illnesses and end of life in the midst of other life challenges. I have experience in helping people cope with symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges and ADD/ADHD. Ultimately, I serve as a trained listener to help you sort through your challenges, values and goals to determine your priorities and next steps.
