I am a Licensed Social Worker, and am EMDR Certified. I enjoy utilizing a person’s strengths to help clients through their therapeutic journey. No client is the same, which is why there is “no one therapeutic modality fits everyone,” when it comes to my approach as a therapist. I currently work with adults 18 years and older. I have experience working with trauma, clients who have been sex trafficked, anxiety, life transitions, and grief and loss. My primary focus is working with clients who have experienced developmental or intergenerational trauma. My office hours are generally Monday-Friday 8-4.
