Seeking help can be a difficult decision especially when you are unsure of what that may look like for you. It is my belief that you are expert of your life but I can be here to assist you through a time of healing and growth. Therapy looks different for every person. It could be a space to cry or just have a moment to breathe. Maybe it’s a space designated for you in your busy week to focus on you. You deserve to take time for yourself. I have a heart for helping people and want to help you work towards the change, relief, and hope you are seeking. I offer services for individuals, couples, and children. I am Perinatal Mental Health Certified and utilize EMDR therapy to treat a variety of trauma. My education in Marriage and Family Therapy benefits my work with couples using a systemic approach. Children can heal and grow through aspects of play.
