I am deeply passionate about supporting women through all of the phases of life, and I have a special interest in motherhood. Becoming a mother is a profound identity shift that encompasses radical biological and emotional changes, and each of us deserves to be honored for this. I offer individual therapy to help you integrate your experiences and move into greater clarity and wisdom within yourself and your relationships. As our children grow, we are faced with new sets of challenges, which can be felt in our relationships, our work, our sexuality, and more and often leads to feelings of confusion and overwhelm. Sometimes we even take these feelings out on the people we love the most in the world. My aim is to help you regain peace in your mind, body, and households.
