I enjoy working with reflective, curious, motivated individuals struggling with relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and general life challenges. Despite our best abilities, sometimes life gets complicated and we just can’t figure out how to move forward. Whether it is difficulties with your partner or you feel stuck in life, unsure and dissatisfied with where you are at, it can be an excruciating experience, downright awful. My goal is to assist you in processing your experiences and building upon your strengths to achieve the growth and insights you are looking for. I believe we all have the capacity to reach our full potentials, sometimes we just need a helping hand along the way. As a therapist, I am a blend of practicality, compassion, warm authenticity, and a pinch of humor.
