Through talk therapy and non-judgmental creative exploration with color, texture, earth based materials, 2-D/3-D elements,etc., we can work on processing, communication and strengthening your personal tools for everyday living. I also have over 20 years of experience with women’s counseling, prenatal/postnatal counseling, birth coaching, nutritional counseling, and multicultural & diversity counseling. I incorporate a holistic and integrative psychological approach which blends techniques from eco-therapy, earth based traditions, transpersonal and existential psychology, birth psychology, human sexuality, CBT, sand tray and depth psychology; to meet the individual emotional, mental and cultural needs of my clients in a safe and supportive environment.
