Hello! My name is Tasha! You deserve a space where you are not judged, and you feel safe to heal and grow. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic relationship that empowers and guides you to be your best self. My years involved in the community and studying mental health have given me a deep desire to help people better understand themselves. I will used evidence based practices to help guide you on the journey of finding your best self. I am a LMHC and a MCAP, and can help manage anxiety, depression, addictions o just day to day life struggles. You are not alone and I would love to help walk along side with you on your journey! In our first session, I will start with brief introductions then dive into specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.
