Drawing from my experiences as a South Asian, Filipino, and first-generation queer person, I understand the internal struggle of navigating multiple expectations. My aim is to create a space where clients can feel seen and understood, integrating all aspects of their identities. In our work together, clients have shared they feel more connected to themselves and others. My approach helps clients rebuild trust within themselves through somatic, psychoanalytic and person centered care.
