About

Being raised in an urban environment, I saw firsthand how there were often cracks in the systems that are designed to help people struggling with their mental health. I wanted to make sure that people had access to quality mental health care, which led to me starting my career by working with individuals and families who had experienced trauma. I am also passionate about working with individuals who are neurodiverse, part of the LGBTQ+ community, and "geek" communities. I think one of my biggest strength is that I am collaborative. I may be an expert when it comes to therapy, but I am not an expert in you. I want to hear what you think feels helpful and also when things don't feel helpful.
