I enjoy working with older adolescents, young adults, and adults in an individual counseling setting. I am a neurodivergent affirming provider and strive to support each client as an individual based on their unique circumstances and needs. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of a successful counseling experience and enjoy building these relationships with my clients. My goal is to engage you in the process of positive change by establishing the skills needed to manage and heal from life's challenging situations.
