Hello, I am an authentic practitioner that loves doing this work. As your therapist, I would work together with you to support you in living from your full potential. My approach is integrated and individualized. I attend to the past and present drawing from Cognitive Behavioral techniques and Schema Therapy, with the goal of helping my clients live in the present and achieve psychological and behavioral change. In addition to these approaches, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I work with individuals and couples. Areas of focus include anxiety, disordered eating, college aged individual, first responders and their loved ones. Life transitions can affect emotional well-being, and I support clients in their transformation during these times.
