Therapy is not easy. It's hard to be vulnerable with anyone let alone a stranger that wants you to tell them personal details of what is going on in your head. My clients come to me with diverse challenges. They all look different and have different experiences and perceptions. Life is not easy but I have an opportunity to walk along side my clients so they do not feel so alone. I have worked in private practice for 6 years working with clients and families in the home setting and in the office. Prior to that I worked at a psychiatric hospital and a school.
