I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with adults in the mental health field since 2016. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, which has allowed me to develop a well-rounded understanding of the complexities individuals face in their mental health journeys. Since 2021, I have been operating my private practice, where I offer a personalized and supportive therapeutic experience. I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, chronic shame, and codependency or attachment-related concerns.
