Welcome. I work with individuals and couples in relationship change states. Endings, beginnings, and everything in between. Often, when people first connect with me, they are feeling frustrated, anxious or sad about a relationship with someone close to them. Individuals might be curious about attachment or relationship patterns they are experiencing. Couples may be navigating rupture or resetting their goals. Sometimes, people who reach out to me are carrying self-judgement and shame about the relationship changes they're experiencing. I provide non-judgmental, attuned listening and concrete skills to help you cultivate more satisfying relationships. Though I may draw upon training in multiple relational modalities to do effective relationship work, I believe humanness is critical to effective psychotherapy, and communication is central to any relationship, including the therapy.
