The clients I work with want to work through emotional heaviness which affect them mentally and emotionally or work through the experience of being a person of color or immigrant. These clients are looking to feel emotionally free and want to know how to cope with emotions and stressors effectively. My practice focuses on working with BIPOC clients working through uneasiness, worry and fear related to family dynamics, upbringing and cultural identity. The clients want to feel light and confident while creating happy lives and healthy relationships. I also work with healthcare providers who are feeling emotionally weighed down.
