I explore the underlying dynamics and repeating patterns of mood, thought, emotion, behavior, relational styles, and experiences that form recurring “themes” in your life. Together we collaborate to bring more awareness, intention, empowerment, and connection into your life and into your relationships so that you can live more fully the life you have imagined. There are also several different approaches that I take to provide therapy. Determining which approach to use is based on individual need. However, I specialize in women's issues of depression, anxiety and trauma as well as children and adolescent behavioral disorders such as ADHD, ODD and conduct disorder.
