Many of the clients I work worth identify as high-functioning on the outside, but internally exhausted, isolated, and stuck. Anyone can get caught in a rut and wrapped up in patterns we can’t see. We all have the innate capacity to heal and feel whole, but it’s difficult and frustrating to work on self-repair when you aren’t even sure what needs healing.
