I offer a compassionate, client-centered approach to adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, complex family dynamics, religious trauma, and other difficult experiences. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where individuals can express themselves, explore their experiences, and begin to heal. My goal is to build a therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard and supported as they navigate challenges, discover new perspectives, and create lasting change. I believe each person’s strengths and values are central to their recovery. I provide telehealth counseling across Massachusetts, giving clients the convenience of attending sessions from home or a private workspace.
