Hello, I am excited you are taking the first step towards tackling your mental health goals and am honored you are considering me to be a part of that process! I work with adults from all walks of life and specialize in working with women of color experiencing burn out, struggling with work/life integration, life transitions, challenging relationships with family family, or those simply wanting to become better attuned to their needs. Many of the folks I work with are high achieving women who in spite of crushing it in their careers, never learned, or have forgotten how, to tend to themselves. That's where I come in-
