I hold a master's degree in Social Work from USC and I have been licensed for 11 years. I have over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field providing individual, family, group, and couples therapy. My specialty is working with emotion dysregulation, depression, complex trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, and parenting. I use principles of psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and DBT to create the individualized treatment plan that works best for you.
