My clients are children and their families, adolescents, young adults, and individuals entering new phases of life. My clients may want to work on issues such as depression, mood changes, anxiety, and other life stressors. They look for a supportive and compassionate counselor that respects and understands their unique obstacles in the world. My specialty is working with clients who have experienced trauma and are struggling with self-injury or suicidal thoughts. I offer evidenced-based approaches and techniques, such as TF-CBT and CAMS to help support my clients through their therapeutic journey. Sometimes words are not enough, which is why I am able to incorporate creative approaches.
