I support individuals and romantic partners in working through complex trauma, relationship challenges, betrayal, and sex & intimacy issues. I work holistically using mindfulness, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment/EFT. I'll support you with grounded guidance and deep care as you cultivate your unique path of healing.
