My approach to therapy is rooted in curiosity and collaboration. I am passionate about working with children and adolescents to create language around navigating their emotions and supporting their mental health. I have a particular interest in working with student athletes navigating the challenges of sport and performance in everyday life. I also work closely with individuals, couples and families to navigate group dynamics and believe strongly that we grow and heal through community support.
