As a State Licensed Mental Health Counselor with years of therapy experience, and several specific certifications, I can provide the level of care necessary to meet the needs of individuals who are experiencing a variety of mental disorders and or struggles with depression or anxiety as well as the stress of daily life. I also have an extensive background working with both trauma and sexual abuse and I can also assist with anger management. The purpose of the treatment is to provide my clients with knowledge, skills and tools that will assist them to return to their daily life as soon as possible. The first session is for us to get to know each other. You will be able to share the challenges you are facing so we can together discuss your goals for therapy. You will also be able to ask all the questions you may have about the process, so you know what to expect.
