I would love to help you navigate the overwhelming feelings that certain experiences can create. Anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, trauma, these are all tough things to live with; however, this does not mean that they can not be improved. I always do my best to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can share your experiences, while we work together towards healing and growth.
