Hello! I am a postdoctoral resident offering individual and couples psychotherapy to adults, as well as psychological assessments. I have experience with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, OCD and panic related disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, grief, and interpersonal conflict. I believe in the therapeutic role of helping individuals find agency through facilitating value-driven action and challenging the unhelpful thought processes that get in the way.
