I'm glad you're taking this first step to reach out! I take a collaborative approach to therapy, so we'll only proceed at your pace, in the direction that you want. My first goal is to know and understand you as you truly are. Afterwards—that's when we can talk about diagnosis or exercises if that's what you really want. Because you deserve to feel respected and valued. I prefer a person-centered, strength-emphasized road that combines an acceptance of reality with the power within us to change. We might feel stuck, but there's always a path forward.
