Going into therapy can be an intimidating process. Beyond the logistics, finding a therapist that you connect with and that you trust to guide you in your mental health journey is no small task. I do my best to make this process as easy and straightforward as possible. Flexible scheduling, individualized care, and prompt responsiveness are all things you can expect from working with me. With over 6 years within the mental health field, I have extensive experience with youth and young adults, having worked in youth residential programs and as a school social worker in both a high school and elementary school setting.
