While we all would love to picture a perfect world, we know that every day life struggles can be overwhelming. You may be feeling depression, anxiety, fear, and sometimes grief among the many trials we all may have to face. You can be assured, that you are never alone. I am here to listen, and help you with whatever life brings. I believe that no matter how simple or complex a problem can be, it can be solved with a strong helping hand, and the willpower to work through it. My first goal is to create a safe environment where clients can be comfortable expressing without feeling judged. I will listen to what your goals are in therapy, and create a treatment plan that specifically meets those needs.
