My main strength is my ability to work with adults, parents, and adolescents that have either never been to therapy before, or those who have had a tough experience with it in the past. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome challenging transitions in their lives, recognizing and reversing harmful thought patterns, and using narrative techniques to help increase awareness and insight. Working together to form a therapeutic space that is completely personalized and comfortable is the first step.
